Modern Home Services started years before we knew the name or even the mission of the company. It started as a dream to provide a high quality professional home repair service.

After working for years in home repair and then in industrial repair I took a more white collar job, but nothing, behind a desk, could satisfy the desire to build, create and repair. The satisfaction of finishing a project, making a vision a reality, or most of all fixing what seems unfixable drove me to pursue this dream. Modern Home Services is my play on words because Old Timey Home Services doesn't roll off the tongue. It is my desire to bring back some of that old world craftsmanship and service to this modern world of disposable everything. Our mission is to provide excellent service and quality work to all our jobs. From changing a light bulb to a full bathroom update each job deserves honest, dependable, professional service.
